I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit roccawines.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.
II. Sharing of information
Under no circumstances will we share any information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
We may share your PII and non-personal information, including your name, address, email address and any transactions you conduct on our website or offline with us with a third party advertising partner and its service providers in order to deliver tailored advertising to you that match your interests when you visit our website as well as other websites. Our advertising partner will make the data that we provide anonymous so that no one else will receive your PII.
III. Shipping Information
Rocca Family Winery complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years old or older with proper identification of age) for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the distribution center it originated from, resulting in additional shipping costs. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather then a home address. Many states now require the collection and remittance of sales and/or excise taxes. If your state is one of them, we will calculate these taxes for you and include them in the total amount charged to your credit card. Orders are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt, but may take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. You will be notified and provided with a tracking number at the email address you provide when your order ships.
All orders are shipped via the best possible manner depending on your location. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, such as for a gift or prior to travel, please call us directly. Weather conditions (heat or cold) may delay shipments until more favorable conditions exist. To protect wine from potential damage in winter and summer, we recommend expedited shipping. IV. Wine Club Orders
You must be 21 or over to join our Wine Club or to gift a Wine Club membership to another party. Membership can be cancelled at anytime by sending a cancellation notice to John@RoccaWines.com. Shipping is available to all states except KS, UT and NH. For some states, a handling fee may apply. The dollar amount of each Wine Club shipment will vary with the value of the wine being shipped, and Rocca Family Vineyards maintains the right to ship fewer bottles than requested due to inventory restrictions. Always read the fine print. Be nice to people.

VI. Protecting your information.
All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
VII. Terms and Conditions
All wines are sold in California and title passes to buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
